The Applicant proposes to construct a single-family residential development at 6001 Maurer Road on approximately 6.44 acres. The Applicant seeks approval of a Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan. The rezoning request is from AG (Agricultural) to PUDMR (Planned Unit Development Mixed-Residential). The proposed Preliminary Development Plan includes 14 single-family homes on 14 lots. If the Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan are approved, the Applicant will be required to submit a Final Plat for approval prior to the issuance of building permits.

The Applicant proposes to develop a single-family residential subdivision under the provisions of Shawnee Municipal Code 17.54 Planned Unit Development Districts. The development will include a single public street terminating in a cul-de-sac, providing access to the subdivision’s 14 lots and 2 tracts.
